Nobody answers the phone here so don’t bother calling
terrible service technician canceled on me for the 4th time impossible to have tv repaired
Had a 3:20 appointment to get an iPhone battery replacement. Was told it would take til 5 (which seemed long for a battery). Came back that evening for pick up and was told they hadn’t got to it but could do it the next day in about 45 mins. Got a refund and will be taking my Apple products to the Apple Store. Two stars instead of one because Michael was nice.
