The Geek Squad installer I worked with was fantastic but actually working with Best Buy to complete installations is a nightmare. I’ve been waiting 2 months to finish work that could not be completed initially and had the follow up installation cancelled repeatedly for a 1.5 month and counting delay. They can’t provide any assurances they won’t continue to cancel & further delay installation, and they won’t facilitate a return of items purchased for that installation (now past their return date) if you don’t want to proceed.... read more
Not a fan at all. I find them difficult to work with in a pain in the rear. I’d rather work with YouTube and Amazon to do repairs myself. Scheduled an appointment for a screen replacement on a 27 inch computer. Had to wait 10 minutes in line just to get to the counter. Then they told me they carry this model but in a 24 inch so they can’t repair a 27 inch. Really? Come on. Where is the ambition to serve people well.
They were supposed to set up my pc and have it ready for me to pick up. It wasn't ready on time, when it was ready they handed it over to me, I took it home just to find essential parts/pieces missing. Causing me to drive all the way back for a power cord and antenna. How do forget a power cord? The ginger kid had a real middler attitude so did Chris. Yall need to go flip burgers, you'll be expected to forget things with that kinda job.

I am a total member and have purchased all of our computers through Best Buy. I bought a new computer and needed a data transfer. The front-end agents, Jordi and John, were helpful and patient in their explanations to my questions. Isaac went above and beyond in helping me with issues with my new computer over multiple visits. If you get the right people you are set! Thanks guys - much appreciated.
