A few weeks ago, I ordered a tv, mounting bracket, and service to mount it. The 1st available day was a couple of weeks out. So I booked it for that date and selected to be available from 7 am to 7 pm. The day came, and no one showed up. When I called the following day, I was advised they canceled the order with no notice! Appointment with Geek Squad today at Best Buy Montgomery 12:40 pm was a totally complete waste of my time. I was treated like an uneducated stupid child!!! I was told in the first 10 seconds of the appointment that there was nothing wrong with my iPhone. That it was getting hot bc I was using it. Just wanted to find out about installing a tv on a wall. Never could get to speak to a real person and it hung up on me
Geek squad is fraud, I subscribe to geek squad annually, pay my subscription as at when due, I took the computer I bought from best buy to them, they said they can't fix it, that I should trash it, so why are they collecting annual subscription from me, and yet can't fix the computer they are collecting subscription for.
