Apple sent me hear for a warranty repair. Apparently they don’t repair phones after 4 even though you have an appointment. According to the employee their apple software was down “again”. She tried to make me another appointment but it was also going to be after 4 so I don’t understand what the benefit of that appointment would have been other than to waste more time. They should change the name to the Time Wasting Squad.
Not worth MY time...it may help another.
I HAVE BEEN COMING TO BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD FOR YEARS AND I A VERY GRATEFUL FOR YOUR TECH. RICKY. HE IS PATIENT, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE AND A TRUE PROFESSIONAL. BEST BUY IS VERY FORTUNATGE TO HAVE HIM AND SO ARE THE CONSUMERS.
Appointment required just to drop off item for repair which is ridiculous.
