I had a appointment today at GEEK SQUAD for 2:20 pm I showed up on time but was confused on where to go because I’ve never been there before I made it to the counter at 2:25 and was told that my appointment was canceled and that I had to reschedule or wait until 2:40 to see if the next customer will show up so I could take their spot this made absolutely no since because I was already there and the guy was not busy at all he walked to the back and left me standing there until 2:45 i asked him why did I have to wait until 2:4... read more

Geek squid can't even get your name right, so good chance they can't fix laptops. Go somewhere else for repairs.

I called and held for service for over 30 minutes. The store closed and I was still on hold. No one ever answered the phone. Automated system put me on hold. Poor poor service.
