Jack you are completely incompetent at your job. Didn’t know the two steps to take to turn off find my phone, lost my paperwork so I waited over 2 hours on 2 visits where he continued to run me around and waste my time. Horrible experience DO NOT GO HERE
Very bad service all the people go sit inside after helping 1 people take me 2 hours to wait not people here to help I don't know why best buy paid this people.
Had my pc repaired, they didn't notify me online or inform me what parts would be used. When I finally got my pc they forgot to give me the power cord.
Drove from Oroville to chico so they can tell me their systems are down and wants me to resechulde. So basically drove here for nothing just so I can drive back home and drive back here for another appointment
I’ve been in to see the Geek Squad three times in the past month and if I could give more than 5 stars to these folks, I would, The first time I saw Justin Neese and he was able to solve my iPad’s issues quickly and he explained everything as he went along. He didn’t talk down to me as I feared he might. (When you’re 70+ years old and getting a bit behind the times, you sometimes feel like an old fossil when dealing with computer-savvy folks.).
