Geek Squad has had my phone for over a week and it has been impossible to get an update about what is going on with it and when I can expect to receive it back. WHERE IS MY PHONE AND WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO HAVE IT BACK GEEK SQUAD?! I bought a 50" TV with soundboard. It has been mostly problematic. I asked for someone from Geek squad to come to my house and repair my set up. They won't do it. After I spent all this money there they refused to stand behind their product and come help me. What's wrong with them?

Took my phone there since was the closest apple authorized store to work on it ,was a esim and internal antenna, drop if off Saturday on a "2 hours work order " Got a call 3 hrs later to informed that they shared the back glass and they had to order a replacement ,no a we sorry or we will try our best to get if fixed as soon as possible, just a should take 2-3 days It's now Friday and still morning phone,no updates I called twice and they just said wehaveno updates just that your phone it's not ready ( no shit) Never again, ... read more

I am always amazed with geek squad employees. Respectful, knowledgeable and very good with people. Alexis is a very good example of this. She helped us out two times in the past two days and did a great job!
