I am always amazed with geek squad employees. Respectful, knowledgeable and very good with people. Alexis is a very good example of this. She helped us out two times in the past two days and did a great job!
Jack you are completely incompetent at your job. Didn’t know the two steps to take to turn off find my phone, lost my paperwork so I waited over 2 hours on 2 visits where he continued to run me around and waste my time. Horrible experience DO NOT GO HERE
Very bad service all the people go sit inside after helping 1 people take me 2 hours to wait not people here to help I don't know why best buy paid this people.
Had my pc repaired, they didn't notify me online or inform me what parts would be used. When I finally got my pc they forgot to give me the power cord.
