I took my desktop to geek squad several times for the same issue, the last time was on 08/04/2026. My warranty expired on 08/05/2026.I kept getting told the same thing, we can't find anything wrong and depending on the technician you get different information. It works fine in the store as any device you bring in for repairs, I was even told it was my internet, really. After every appointment and once I get it back home, it works for a day and half. A total waste of time. I made an appointment to get my screen fixed. Upon arrival the employee stated she had to run a diagnostic. I told her the phone was fine, the screen is just cracked. After waiting 35 mins, the diagnostic was completed. She stated my phone was perfectly fine. Then she proceeded to tell me to ensure I do my updates etc. Ummmm I am pretty sure she could see that my phone was on automatic updates since she did have it in her possession for over 30 mins. Terrible service Best Buy don’t know don’t know what they’re talking about. They sell lies and then they sent somebody named Antonio who has no idea what he’s doing. He did half the job and then I hired somebody who come do the job, right
What a nightmare service on 9/16 with Taji who refused to remove a trim to install the dishwasher which we waited for 1.5 weeks to be delivered. Left the new one and the old dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen with no room to walk around. Next appointment is 9/30 for a trim that he refused to remove leaving my 75 year old mother with no kitchen for 2 weeks. What a joke! Save yourself time and stress and just go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Will not recommend Killeen BEST Buy to anyone especially Geek Squad group who is lazy ... read more
