Geek squad in Best Buy in Killeen refused my iPhone repair, they were claiming my frame was damaged and bent when it was just a cracked iPhone screen the frame was completely fine. I went to the Best Buy in temple and they got my phone in funny enough told me not to go to the one in Killeen cause they have a history of refusing repairs and not having parts. Unacceptable

I called Wednesday at 6:50. Outsource answering service. I Do Not Like. The only place available after 7:00 or I wouldn't have even called them. The local number transfers, (without the caller knowing. I realized when I spoke to a very nice lady with an India dialect, then saw 2 different 📞 #s after hanging up). She asked what I would be needing and I said a screen replacement on a Motorola phone. She updated my information and then said "No appointments for today."
