Terrible service, I come to this store trying to get couple of security cameras and a doorbell but when I was asking about the features the girl was with an attitude so I didn't feel comfortable, I tried to get somebody else and call another person and told just a minute so I waited 10 minutes later I saw her again and tried to call her she turned her head and continued waking ignoring me, they probably think they are doing us a favor, I know they don't care but I will never walk into this store again, they should train thei... read more
I went to best buy and found out that my labtop could not be fixed because it was more than 5 years old. I wasn't disappointed. I knew it was older. The same lady who helped me was able to sale me a new labtop. It was mailed to my house in less than a week. Thank you.
Great service and very helpful. Ranks guys for helping me out with my phone. Geek squad keep up the good work.
