The auto Geek Squad installed a Sony radio in my car, a few months later the circuit shorted and it started smoking!! We took it back and they checked the warranty and pulled it out, they were even kind enough to replace it THAT DAY because of the crazy malfunction. So grateful for their kindness and professionalism!!

Terrible service, I come to this store trying to get couple of security cameras and a doorbell but when I was asking about the features the girl was with an attitude so I didn't feel comfortable, I tried to get somebody else and call another person and told just a minute so I waited 10 minutes later I saw her again and tried to call her she turned her head and continued waking ignoring me, they probably think they are doing us a favor, I know they don't care but I will never walk into this store again, they should train thei... read more

I went to best buy and found out that my labtop could not be fixed because it was more than 5 years old. I wasn't disappointed. I knew it was older. The same lady who helped me was able to sale me a new labtop. It was mailed to my house in less than a week. Thank you.
