I have a Best Buy protection plan to cover my devices for service and tech support. From here on out, when I think of a poor example of customer service, Best Buy will be at the top of my list. I purchased their Best Buy Total for the sole purpose of AppleCare + on my devices. One was filed, one was not. I now have damage to the computer, and am unable to get repairs with AppleCare +.
