Had to replace my iPad Air screen protector and manager Brandon? Brendan? was very, very helpful. And amazingly so -- after I had some issue with another employee misleading me about company policy as well as a service price quote error, this manager stepped in quickly to fix my iPad anyway and then said the service was free. Amazing customer service. Wow. Thanks Mr Manager. 👍 You rock!🎸
I scheduled an appointment to repair my AirPods. The lib of my case was night lined up! The employee tries to twist back into place. Then he took it back, he came back and said we can’t fix it! I looked at my AirPod and saw it was in two pieces. The lip was not connected to my case! I told he well now you have to fix it. He didn’t fix it. I told him to give me money to buy a new one or even fix this one. He refused! Tried to get manager. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! WISH I CAN GIVE THIS A 0 STAR!

She was very detailed with explanations of what she was doing when installing and helped me keep track of where my information could be found when needed. Urgent printer issues brought me in today. I had a lot on the line. And no appointment. Wow! A fantastic geek named Arisa listened like she really cared, applied her terrific tech skills, and had me out the door within fifteen minutes to run back and finish my print job under the deadline!
