Made an appointment to diagnose and fix an issue with our desktop computer. I was explaining the issue to the staff member at the counter, and was cut off with a condescending comment from the staff "it could be anything in there" while pointing at my computer. All I was trying to do was explain what the issue was and the limited amount of troubleshooting I had already attempted. His next move was to try and sell me a service plan, which only covers 20% of repair costs, excluding parts. He also said it would be two weeks min... read more

Don't even waste your time bringing stuff here. We brought our thousand dollar computer that was built with parts all bought from the silverdale BestBuy last year that got water spilled on it and they returned it to us after a week with the graphics card still broken. They told us they stress tested it and it passed and made us sign a piece of paper saying it worked before they would return the computer to us. How do we know it works if we dont have access to it? Or did they make us sign that because they knew it didnt work ... read more

iPhone 15 Pro battery replacement service not recommended here. I had a battery replaced during a 2 hour appointment for it to eventually break my screen, which they did offer to replace the screen; however if the mainboard ended being broken I would have to be without a a phone for 3-5 days while a replacement comes in so I get a loaner phone and return to drop my phone off to screen replacement only to discover when I get home the screws are missing in the bottom which are integral to holding the screen in AND they didn’t ... read more

Poor experience and waste of time. It seems if you call with questions, your do not get the local store but, rather, get sent to a not particularly helpful call center. So I went online and scheduled an appointment to have my iphone battery replaced. When i arrived, I was told there was noone there who is certified to do apple replacements, may not be for at least a month, and that the online system should not have scheduled me.
