Geek squad with their repair are nice and fairly quick but Best Buy and geek squad’s phone system is the worst I have ever seen if I can give zero stars I would they need to fix that thing and fix it immediately.
If I could give Best Buy a negative star I would rate them negative 5 stars. I called, and can not get past the electronic answering device, you can't even ask to just speak to a person. I needed some work done to an electronic device but I rather just go buy a new one from somewhere else. I'm tired of businesses using this automated answering service mess, humans were actually faster, just my experience out in the real world.
Working with the Geek Squad out of Jacksonville was a nightmare. First of all, the automated gauntlet you must navigate before talking to a person is exhausting. Once on the phone, scheduling services was friendly and easy. It was an entirely different story when the team arrived to install my TV.
