I went to pick up my phone & the geek squad employee totally ignored me after about 10 minutes I flagged down best buy employee & asked if maybe she had a co-worker that could help & the the lady now waiting behind me. He said he'd try.... he called over 2 more best buy employees while the geek squad employee ignored all of us. Brian from Geek Squad fixed my camera in like 2 minutes!
Had them try and fix an issue on my computer remotely and completely locked me out. Now nothing works on my computer.... My computer is only 1 day old and it is fried because of them I will never do business with them again 2000$ completely wasted. If I could I would give them zero stars ... Hire people that know what they are doing!
Even though we didn't have an appointment, Riley went above and beyond to help my mom get all of the info transferred to her new phone. Great employee!
