Terrible meh but at least somewhat less than average work
Terrible customer service Don’t recommend the older white male with glasses. I took in a Chromebook to get repaired just to get a call that they can’t fix it & will need to be picked up & given refund. Upon arrival I was greeted poorly & told id need to show a physical paper (keep in mind I’m showing the exact email with my name on it saying my order number & to provide ID which I had) just for them to not even attempt any help and walk away, mind you I’m holding my 1 year old and have been waiting patiently for 20 minutes f... read more
