Horrible customer service! I brought our laptop in because my son dropped it and we needed screen replaced. Nobody notified me when or if it was received to the point where I walked the customer service line nobody could give me any information about it and so I went in and same thing no information. So we waited 3 weeks no word so I went in again for them to tell me it got lost in shipping oh what a coincidence.
