They leave millions of files "backed up" to users Desktop OneDrive folder and completely fill it up. They don't clean up after themselves and leave temp data and app data all over their backups. In some cases they backup the backup and this goes on and on every computer they backup or transfer. Have seen hundreds of GB of unnecessary data amounting to multiple millions of unnecessary files that is then uploaded to the OneDrive folders unnecessarily.
I had a very successful experience here. My laptop screen started flickering like crazy after a trip. They fixed that easily (merely needed to take screen off and reapply it) and they also ran diagnostics, made sure all my software was up to date, and cleared my computer of 2 trace viruses. That was worth the base price of $99 to me. Thanks for the help! So glad I don't have to buy a new laptop!
I was having a hard time getting my new iPhone set up the way I needed, partly due to the complications added by changing ISPs. An appointment for "long training" from Luke was extremely helpful. I particularly appreciated that I was exhausted and nearly brain-dead when I arrived for my appointment, and Luke was unfailingly kind and non-judgmental all throughout., He has excellent customer-service skills, and it meant a lot to me not to be made to feel like an idiot when I rather deserved it. :-)
