I called for a simple laptop fix (replacing charging port) and the lady at the call center insisted that it would be easy and they might even have the part on hand to do it in my 20 minute appointment window. Once I get there the guy says he'd have to ship it out and it would be 2-4 weeks to fix. I'm not mad about the timeline, I'm mad about being lied to. I am pretty good at computer stuff, but I'm no whiz. When it comes to not being able to figure out what the heck is wrong, I won't go anywhere but Geek Squad. They're super fast; they gave me a 2-day window initially and then had my computer done in 5 hours. Explained, everything they did, and anything they found; and she's up and running now. Thanks geek squad.
Had a new stereo and backup camera installed for an older car here. Abe was great, answered all of my questions and did a quality install for us. I had gotten quotes from a couple of other installers and Best Buy was the cheapest (way way less than car toys).
They would keep disconnecting thennot answer
Had bought a galaxy 4 watch just under 2yrs old and the battery quit holding a charge . I found out it was still under warranty so they exchanged it for a galaxy 5 watch the 4 were completely out .they helped me set it up real quickly and took several minutes to figure out this new watch band completely satisfied with the new watch and customer service at the geek squad and best buy in general also got the extended warranty on this watch also .
