I set an appointment to replace an iPhone battery. The intake was ok, I had to make full payment up-front. I came back after the two hour wait and was excited to get my phone back! Then, sadly, the good experience expired forever....... Other customers, already looking defeated were lined up. Monitors were scrolling endless appointments in the background. Awful staff the manager Aiden at geek squad is a complete joke. They called my broken phone and left a voicemail to come get my phone… my phone is completely broken, it said it on the paperwork where my email, phone number were provided. When I told Aiden what happened he said you would be surprised how many phone still work after being broken. Likeeeeee huhhhhhh my screen is completely broken it said that on the paperwork and he still had the nerve to defend his staff instead of trying to solve the problem.
Wanted to leave a great review for a technician . Wade Chio fixed my iPhone fast and explained everything after doing so . Also very professional. I appreciated his professionalism very much . Great job Wade , need more people like you in service.
If I could I will put -10 stars! I don’t know why they are doing appointments! You will wait after your appointment time more than an hour!
