Great service, fixed the issue and was timely.
Bestbuy built a community of people that can't work normal jobs or perform basic work duties. When trying to set an appointment they transfer you to a call center where people can't even pronounce your first name. The appointments are completely useless. They have employees standing around doing nothing while theres multiple customers (with appointments) waiting for hours. Its taken over 2 hours for me to drop a laptop off. I brought my MacBook to Geek Squad (worked with Aiden) for a stuck key. After they “cleaned” it, I found splatters of 99% isopropyl alcohol across my keyboard, and several keys started falling off. When I went back, neither the technician nor the manager would take responsibility and told me I’d have to pay to send it to Apple because there was a fee for Apple Care.
