DO NOT use as an authorized Apple Care provider. Each and every time I have attempted to use the Denver West location in Golden,CO the Geek Squad has been notified by Apple and scheduled for a service but is completely incompetent and incapable of ensuring they have the parts and personnel on hand to complete the scheduled services. The absolute worst ability in their organization and employees to manage scheduled services for Apple customers.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I have been waiting 3 months for my tv to have parts ordered and the whole process has been a nightmare please take my word and order directly from the manufacturer
Never bring your device to geek squad. I had water damage only affecting the screen and just needed a screen replacement. They said I needed the logic board replaced and it would be $700+. I new this wasn’t necessary so I took it to golden phone repair where they were able to replace the screen. Got my phone working like new for less than $200.
This will be the third and final time bringing my computer here. Never go to geek squad for a pc fix. My computer keeps blue screening since my Windows isn’t loading in properly. They never fixed it. Hopefully I get my money back. Waste. Of. Time.
Would not even attempt to help me! Lol and I pay there stupid total tech membership. Waste of money! After refusing to help me(I had an appointment) he refused his name and refused to call a manager for me, and told me he could cancel my total tech membership. Buy anywhere else!
