1 month wait to get service to install when you buy a product? Nope! Found a local business that could get me in within a few days! Will never do business with best buy again
Service is awful here. I was charged a full 150 with promised satisfaction that a router would be installed for me and while the guy was setting up, he admitted he didn’t know what he was doing because it’s been so long. Don’t get service here please.

I had an appointment scheduled for saturday to come out and hook up my surround sound the geek squad called back and said they cant do it. Since when have they stopped installation and setting it up surround sound? This is absolutely horrible customer service. I will NEVER do business with them again, especially after you spend over 5K worth of produjct.
