Shane was awesome
Shane Baacke was who helped us. My sin has autism and communicating with him can be taxing for anyone. Shane was gratefully calm and patient with him. Listened to everything he had to say and even gave him a few pointers on how not to make the same mistake that cause his computer to crash. Customer service is almost always an afterthought in our "money money money" world. 1 month wait to get service to install when you buy a product? Nope! Found a local business that could get me in within a few days! Will never do business with best buy again
Service is awful here. I was charged a full 150 with promised satisfaction that a router would be installed for me and while the guy was setting up, he admitted he didn’t know what he was doing because it’s been so long. Don’t get service here please.
