I came in with a technical problem and Peter Valentino, the Geek Squad consultation agent, diagnosed it and fixed it quickly. I am a very happy customer.

Here we go. I dropped my computer off at best buy on Oct. 6th 2023 and didn't receive my computer back until Oct 27th 20 minutes before they closed because I got a notification it was done, no phone call. The national call center is useless and will lie to you, telling you whatever you want to hear. You absolutely cannot contact the geeksquad unless you go there in person.
