If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a 75 inches TV with two TV brackets with installation, and it has been a total disaster. After waiting 10 days, two Geek Squad technicians arrived 30 minutes late due to a claimed accident. Looked at the TV , I think found it difficult and Instead of completing the job, they claimed they only had a 40-minute window and simply left! I came in with a technical problem and Peter Valentino, the Geek Squad consultation agent, diagnosed it and fixed it quickly. I am a very happy customer.

Gabe Was SO respectful, there is a wonderful line between "selling" and "assisting a purchase' I recommends reservations too but I didn't have one and they still spent at least 45 minutes with me. they showed me all the different keyboards, explained why different computers cost so much more, and I learned so much about computers and other devices! they worked hard to resolve my insurance issue LOL my other laptop got a little "rusty" BEST BUY IS KNOWN FOR BEING A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT I WOULD PAY EXTRA ANY DAY B... read more
