I called in to see if they could fix the keys on my laptop. "Yes, absolutely," I asked again to be sure "yes not a problem at all." Get into Geek Squad. "Oh no, we don't do that at all. We don't want to be responsible if we break it." I then asked if I could sign a waiver so they wouldn't be responsible, and they still said no. Waste of time
