I recently had the pleasure of working with Tak to resolve an issue I have been dealing with for the past week. I can't thank him enough! He was patient, professional, and was able to determine and resolve my issue quickly. I had been to two other computer places to try to resolve the issue, but they did not take the time to really look at the issue. Tak went the extra step and had the knowledge to determine the issue. Much thanks to Tak! I hope i never have another issue, but if i do, I will be returning to Tak!
12/22 – TV purchased from Best Buy. Geek Squad installation initially scheduled for 12/26. 12/23 – I rescheduled installation appointment to 12/27. 12/27 (9:00 AM–1:00 PM window) – Waited for scheduled installation. In the afternoon, received a last-minute cancellation notice from Geek Squad. 12/27 – Contacted Best Buy customer service. Installation rescheduled for 01/02.
