They are the best! They always take care of my PCs to diagnosis and fixed
I bought a new computer at Best Buy and Geek Squad was supposed to upload the old information from my old computer onto my new computer. It was supposed to take 2 to 3 days and it took closer to six. Best Buy corporate seems to understaff the Geek Squad and there’s usually just one or two at the desk. With little help for the Customer. Incompetent. Unfortunately they’re the only apple approved contractor in the area. Another season not to buy Apple products.
