Effective but extremely overpriced.
Terrible communication and don’t seem to care either, nor does management. Left vehicle in worse shape than when it arrived. Customer service on phone is of even less help. Take your stuff somewhere local where they actually care about their work and your car stereo.
I had an appointment scheduled with the Geek Squad at my home for repair of a TV under warranty. I was just informed via text that the appointment has been cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. I called and nobody can tell me why it's been cancelled but that the next available one will be on the 23rd which doesn't work for me because I already took off work for the call tomorrow. They were all very kind and helped my quickly. They are knowledgeable and know what they are doing.
I would give this location zero stars if I could. I took my son’s phone down there on Saturday, the guy that assisted me was nice and all. He ran his tests and told me the device would need to be replaced. I asked if it could be done in Broomfield at the Apple Store, as I was willing to drive there if so. He shrugged his shoulders and said, “I don’t know.” Then proceeded to complete the Apple care transaction and told me it would be 1-3 days for the replacement device to arrive and it would ship to the store, not to my home.... read more
