They were all very kind and helped my quickly. They are knowledgeable and know what they are doing.
I would give this location zero stars if I could. I took my son’s phone down there on Saturday, the guy that assisted me was nice and all. He ran his tests and told me the device would need to be replaced. I asked if it could be done in Broomfield at the Apple Store, as I was willing to drive there if so. He shrugged his shoulders and said, “I don’t know.” Then proceeded to complete the Apple care transaction and told me it would be 1-3 days for the replacement device to arrive and it would ship to the store, not to my home.... read more
Went in to try and schedule a fix for my iPad and the first one was good and got an appointment scheduled. I showed up for the second one almost a week later and they said they were full and had to reschedule for another week out from when I first came in. I'm honestly just going to do this myself because they don't have the capacity for this.
I called the number in this Google Profile and got an ai agent that was not helpful so I requested to speak to a representative. I had to ask the agent 6 times for appointment availability at the fort collins location. She kept giving me time slots for another location in Arizona. Then she hung up. Bottom line is that the ai agent was not helpful and the live agent was worse (frustrating).
Taden (hopefully I spelled that right) was amazing and diagnosed the problem with the fan in my laptop and fixed it so quickly! He was truly great and knows his stuff and I’m so relieved to have my laptop fixed! 10/10 recommend coming here for laptop repairs!
