My wife had a filter for her DSLR lense that had slipped its tread. We tried all kinds of tricks to get it off with no luck. These folks got it off in 2 minutes, and they didn't even charge us! Great work with great service.
Bought a TV and paid for professional installation. Spent $5K. Installation was scheduled for 2 weeks later. Three days before the installation, I received over 20 emails, saying I needed to schedule the installation that I had already scheduled. Very knowledgeable technicians
there phone system is one of the worst I have ever used. You can not get a live person if your life depended on it and there A.I. sucks Fedex delivered to Best Buy at 10:05 a.m. July 10th still waiting to here when I can pick it up on July 11th at 6:35 p.m.
