I called the number in this Google Profile and got an ai agent that was not helpful so I requested to speak to a representative. I had to ask the agent 6 times for appointment availability at the fort collins location. She kept giving me time slots for another location in Arizona. Then she hung up. Bottom line is that the ai agent was not helpful and the live agent was worse (frustrating).
Taden (hopefully I spelled that right) was amazing and diagnosed the problem with the fan in my laptop and fixed it so quickly! He was truly great and knows his stuff and I’m so relieved to have my laptop fixed! 10/10 recommend coming here for laptop repairs!
My wife had a filter for her DSLR lense that had slipped its tread. We tried all kinds of tricks to get it off with no luck. These folks got it off in 2 minutes, and they didn't even charge us! Great work with great service.
Bought a TV and paid for professional installation. Spent $5K. Installation was scheduled for 2 weeks later. Three days before the installation, I received over 20 emails, saying I needed to schedule the installation that I had already scheduled.
