If you have an Apple Product that you would like looked at or fixed, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME going to the Fort Myers' Best Buy Geek Squad! ~ I assure you, you are going to have to end up taking the longer drive to the Apple Genuine Bar at Coconut Point. I found Manager Sadi and Emilio to be incompetent and a 2 hour waste of time. They put their charger on my Mac Book Air to try to power up it up.
