I recently brought in my phone for assistance with a cracked back screen, and the experience was nothing short of appalling. Can't even get someone to answer the phone. Must be to busy ripping people off
The process of getting your issues taken care of is not very customer friendly. I help a woman who can not drive, we have spent more time waiting then it took for them to put her stuff on her computer. I would suggest they do check in and pick up differently. No one gets in at scheduled time! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen!
Just called to ask a question about price for reseting my laptop ,and was told they couldn't answer anything without giving them my email etc. Absolutely ridiculous
I bought a big screen for my car. They gave me an appointment to install it a month out when I came that he had the right parts and require more labor and they try to give me an appointment for two more months out. Don’t buy a stereo system for your car.
