Management needs to step up their game. The wait time is well over an hour, their flawed online scheduling system doesn't allow you to schedule for TV repair over 42 inch (unsure of the others) and the chat option is greyed out. You call the 800 number and you'll sit on hold for well over an hour. We brought our TV in to repair an HDMI port, TV worked fine other than that, no cracks, perfect condition. This review is based on my husband's most recent experience. We've been loyal customers of GS for years. We usually didn't have any issues, although their appointment system and wait times need some serious organization. My husband's computer took a nose dive back in December, we made an appointment and we're told to leave it with them to have them look at it/fix/etc. We very clearly told them we'd be out of town on the East Coast for a Christmas vacation, and they told us it would get handled and that they would call us/rea... read more
Had the best experience with Jeff. He was super kind and super helpful. He fixed our issue with ease and efficiency. Didn't have to wait long, even without an appointment. Big shoutout to Jeff, he was amazing!
He sped through our neighborhood and ran a stop sign next to a park while people were using the park. Had to call the supervisor and advise them if the driver’s reckless driving.
