Called for a problem at my business, transferred me to someone out of state, he kept me on the phone for nearly 20 minutes trying to "find my account," just to tell me he couldn't help and doesnt know anyone that could.

I am deeply disappointed with this service. I had made an appointment to replace my iPhone case, and it was confirmed. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that no one was available to perform the replacement at that moment. I am perplexed as to why you confirmed the appointment, as it has not only wasted my time but also required me to drive here for 30 minutes.
