Had my laptop pick in for a screen.Flicker they did not fix the screen flicker, My laptop has A 3050TI in it and it was running a 100, 110 fps, now it runs 30 fps DO NOT GO! here.
They take 3-5 days to do something that takes 50 minutes. It's also really expensive.
Had a scheduled appointment for iPhone repair and drive all the way there just for them to tell me they don’t have the part to fix my phone; make another appointment. Online they ask what the issue of the phone is before scheduling so you’d think they’d let you know before arriving that they don’t have the part instead of wasting your time.
My appointment was on time 10 minutes early, geek squad Marianne was new and had communication issues. I'm a deaf senior. I waited for 45 minutes they said come back unbelievable treatment i got. Brett manager was not nice and walked away from me. Menifee geek quad is the worst service I ever had with different stores in 10 years.
