Manager came over said could send computer to a service center but they had no idea if the service center could repair it or what the service center could do. Purchased an Open Box Item from Best Buy online and had it delivered to my house. When it showed up I opened the box and it was missing items and had the wrong stand for the monitor as well. This monitor was sold “Open Box excellent condition” which is determined by the geek squad.
Had my laptop pick in for a screen.Flicker they did not fix the screen flicker, My laptop has A 3050TI in it and it was running a 100, 110 fps, now it runs 30 fps DO NOT GO! here.
They take 3-5 days to do something that takes 50 minutes. It's also really expensive.
Had a scheduled appointment for iPhone repair and drive all the way there just for them to tell me they don’t have the part to fix my phone; make another appointment. Online they ask what the issue of the phone is before scheduling so you’d think they’d let you know before arriving that they don’t have the part instead of wasting your time.
