I made an appointment. Tried to drop off my machine early. They told me that I could not drop off the machine early because I could only do paperwork at the exact appointment time. I can go to the doctor office, drop my car off at a mechanic, take a flight, etc, and do the paperwork before the appointment. Geek squad can't! I seriously question their abilities.
They did a great job fixing my laptop.
My repair has taken a very long time. Yes, a part needed to be ordered, but to get on the phone and discuss options for this part took forever. They left me a specific extention number but they didn't answer over 80% of the time I tried to call over the last three weeks my PC has been in their possession. I left voicemails and they do not call back or indicate in any way that they received my calls.
