They did a great job fixing my laptop.
My repair has taken a very long time. Yes, a part needed to be ordered, but to get on the phone and discuss options for this part took forever. They left me a specific extention number but they didn't answer over 80% of the time I tried to call over the last three weeks my PC has been in their possession. I left voicemails and they do not call back or indicate in any way that they received my calls. Poor service had me wait 1 hour and didn't fix nothing. They sent me to the apple store instead of figuring it out.
