I reluctantly visited Geek Squad for an Apple repair when I couldn't get an appointment at the Apple Store. Biggest mistake ever. Staff was rude, unhelpful, and lacked any sense of time. Most techs stayed in back doing nothing while the line got longer and longer. I got more help at the T-Mobile store which I could then take to the Apple Store than I did at Geek Squad.
Over $500 to repair the damaged hinge on my Dell laptop that cost less than that new 18 months go. Should have just gone elsewhere and boght a new one.
My screen protector was broken so I went to get a new one. Brandon installed it super quick and was super kind! Will come back!
I specifically told them where to put cameras on my house and they fail to do so they failed to put the cameras where I pulled them to put them. Now I have a bunch of cameras that don't help me I hate them they literally just ignored where I told them to put cameras on my house now I have cameras they don't protect me at all
