In all my years of being alive I have never wrote a negative review in my life until now but I just can’t be quiet and not warn others. GEEK SQUAD IS A SCAM. I tired to make an appointment for a consultation online and the website would not work even a little bit. I went through the same menu at least 5 times until I finally gave up and called. Went to have my father in laws phone number switched over and a screen protector put on. Took over an hour after the guy couldn’t figure out what he was doing. 28 minutes to put a screen protector on. When it was finally done was instructed to call the phone company to ensure it was set up correctly! So I was charged $50 for an hour wasted and still have to make sure their work is correct. Highly recommend not going here unless you like wasted time and money.
Complete waste of time. Scheduled an appointment, and I showed up right on time. After 35 minutes of waiting they help a guy who came in after me.

Geek squad sucks hard if you have an apple product don’t go to this store. I went in to pick up my product. Literally takes two minutes. I was there for 45 minutes because he didn’t wanna wait on me telling me it’s a timed appointment when I had a phone call stating when you come back into town, you can come and pick up your watch. All the employees do is walk around and talk with other employees when it takes two seconds to help out a customer.
