Absolutely terrible! Took my Apple Watch down because it was not holding charge mind you my watch is only 5 months old! When I took it to T-Mobile they told me I had to bring it to geek squad to do a diagnostic on it well I went to Dickson city geek squad and the guy behind the counter Jose was absolutely the worst person to ever deal with! He had very poor customer service care, my daughter and I both heard him talking to another employee about us! Very very disrespectful especially for having a job in customer service!
