So we came in to Geek Squad in Litchfield Park from out of town. A phone ended up in a pool as we are on vacation. We took an Uber to AT&T in Verrado (they were great by the way), then proceeded to take another uber to Best Buy/ Geek Squad in Litchfield Park. Buyer BEWARE i paid and set a appointment for two cameras to be installed from greek Squad the guy came out and said he coudnt put it up because it was wired i told him they were the one who put up the last one then he said he will put in the notes and have someone else to come out two weeks later the same guy came out we called costomer service the lady said i have to go back to the store and pay double the amount then she hung up on me while the guy was still here i talk with several so called supervisors that was NO HELP ... read more
Ok so as loyal geek squad member on and since 2015 through military and business and now as a civilian ... In california and Arizona... Before, during and after covid.. Today's experience was so bad.. I rush in to geek squad line at 630pm.. There's 2 customers being tended to.. And one customer in front of me.. Now all im trying to do is simply drop my business computer off to be washed.. And would pick it up tomorrow.. It's 640pm now..
