Ok so as loyal geek squad member on and since 2015 through military and business and now as a civilian ... In california and Arizona... Before, during and after covid.. Today's experience was so bad.. I rush in to geek squad line at 630pm.. There's 2 customers being tended to.. And one customer in front of me.. Now all im trying to do is simply drop my business computer off to be washed.. And would pick it up tomorrow.. It's 640pm now.. Walked in with no appointment. Was able to get to the counter fairly quickly. The young lady gave me great advice and I was on my way within 15 minutes. I will definitely use again.
Had an appointment set and confirmed for today with an arrival window from 11am-3pm. No call, no show. Even took time off work to make sure I was home. That’s brutal. I called and I’m still on hold trying to figure out if anyone is showing up…?
