Went in Saturday and was told they had all parts needed to do job same day, called Sunday they said they were in process of repair, Monday they said they had to order parts from the manufacturer still. Went in Tuesday and they said it had been done for two days but for whatever reason didn’t contact me with an update until 5 minutes after I left with my phone. I regret not recommending this location because the employees are very polite and personable.
Went in for a simple battery replacement and they said it would be done within 2 hours. It’s been 2 days! I do not recommend!
