I feel the necessity to express how good the guys from Geek Squad are. I have never once been unsatisfied with their work, the are simply amazing arder 5 appointments with them wether it’s remote start or car stereo installation they are the best also with the best prices tbh. Always being very comprehensive and always giving the best service.

My family member calls you guys all of the time. I mean ALL OF THE TIME. She has "problems" with her phone with people "scamming" her and whatnot. Thank you for helping her every single time. She said that you guys are so nice when My hubby and I went over to also look at her phone and see if we can help. All is well, keep up the good work and keep those older ladies happy.
I brought my laptop in to the geeksquad to try and fix the issues with it and when I dropped off my laptop the physical appearance was normal, not one crack or scratch on it anywhere. However when I arrived to pick it up, it was damaged under their care causing my laptop not able to close properly. I never had any issues opening/closing my laptop until now, they were handling my laptop too rough and caused physical damage. I do not recommend Geeksquad on North 76th Street in Omaha to anyone after this experience.
