Excellent service, sometimes. However they need to start asking more questions instead of being so quick to get rid of people and their questions.
Ugh... Idk how to even review this, ill say, the geek squad people are better then the actual bestbuy employees. But still kinda not great. On my second phone now after being a total member. Just opted for the replacement which i didn't know id be paying for, of which is a refurbished photo, so not only am i paying new phone prices, im also paid 200 on top of my membership.
