Woke up and my laptop wouldn't turn on, as a buisness owner, this was catastrophic. Went into bestbuy and Sam was a life saver. Not only was he extremely helpful, he figured out the proble., fixed it and helped us for the future!!!
Incredibly slow when it comes to purchasing products. They’ll help you out, treat you right, then leave you out to dry in a 8 person line with one cashier. Unfortunately it’s a great store until you have to buy an item.
I walked in ready to be hassled, but they were very straightforward with pricing and were more than willing to help me with any questions about the process! Real nice guys, thanks again
I couldn't get any real customer service. I tried to call the store and they transferred me to a call center in Asia at 1 pm on a weekend
Absolutely great service, kind and patient....better than going to the psychiatrist with handling and curing frustrations...
