We waited for an hr in line. The representative Daniel lacks customer service. He asked how he could help showed him and then he put stuff in back and came back and ignored us and spoke to the person behind us. I will not ever be returning to qeek squad as this was my first time and have had a horrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would
Woke up and my laptop wouldn't turn on, as a buisness owner, this was catastrophic. Went into bestbuy and Sam was a life saver. Not only was he extremely helpful, he figured out the proble., fixed it and helped us for the future!!!
Incredibly slow when it comes to purchasing products. They’ll help you out, treat you right, then leave you out to dry in a 8 person line with one cashier. Unfortunately it’s a great store until you have to buy an item.
I walked in ready to be hassled, but they were very straightforward with pricing and were more than willing to help me with any questions about the process! Real nice guys, thanks again
