Terrible service from Best Buy in general They could have connect me directly with the a member of GeekQuad team. But didn’t Therefore, I had to go in person and sure enough lost my trip. Promised a response on status of repair but never got. Trying to reach them is impossible.
They literally suck. I Went in to ask for help on my pc. I had Told them it’s not turning on & so they decided to connect it to power and come back to tell me it’s in fact not turning on. That was the whole point of the visit. I asked them if they can help me figure out what specifically I can buy to help it run. They told me it’s something I need to figure out on my own. What’s the whole point of working in the department if you can’t even help me.
Scheduled an appointment for laptop diagnostic and repair. Laptop won’t turn on. Agent at the desk said there are too many possible points of failure (ports, charging cable, motherboard, psu, etc) and they don’t have any parts so there’s nothing they can do. Total waste of time. Horrible customer service.
