I called regarding a well-known problem with Windows 11. I wanted to know if there had been a fix for the issue. The person I spoke with stated that they didn't ever hear of this issue. But he wanted me to drop my computer off so they can have it for 7 to 10 days and see if they could figure out what was wrong with it. That absolutely was not something I was willing to do.
Why would there be a drone option if they don’t fix drones?
I have been having problems with my pixel 7a ever since I bought it in April, 2024. It's hard for me to even articulate all the user unfriendly features that I've been struggling with the last 10 months...however, yesterday Grayson listened and worked through everything, explaining all that was relevant and actually converting it to be extremely user friendly. Never do or get anything right incomplete computer repairs both online and at store
Took a PC that shut off and wouldn’t power up. They said they couldn’t figure it out and just wanted to start replacing parts. Their assumption was that there was a power surge that took out the power supply and motherboard. That was wrong. Neither was bad yet they replaced the motherboard. It turned out to be a graphics card. They just wanted to continue to randomly replace parts. I would highly recommend steering clear of geek squad with any technical issues.
