OKAY GABRIELA! First of all she’s amazing to begin with. But when my mom had MAJOR password forgetfulness— Gabi was there to help! And I mean, really really help. She did more than the Apple store with helping my mom & helped set up her new iPad. Although it was a complicated situation she kept her cool, kept my mom in good spirits, and was very professional and proactive!
