Well I got my computer back from Geek Squad today... never going there again! Oh sure they removed the rabbit virus... for $200. But thats it. They didnt check to see if the virus deleted or corrupted any files, documents, programs, or if the computer would even run properly now. They DID NOT even bother to blow the damn dust off the tower. They also DID NOT attempt to restore anything despite having my backup drive with all my programs and stuff on it. And when asked why they didnt do it?
