I needed an appointment ASAP so I drove out 35 minutes because they had the earliest appointment I could get. The employee had NO desire to help anyone. I dropped my computer and it’s working but some things are not working properly. He tell me it’s $85 to send it in and then more to fix it once diagnosed.
