Apple repair center they lied and made an appointment when no one is there to repair the phone and then the guy said he tried to call me and that was a lie no one called me. The. He referred me to a competitor who isn’t Apple authorized. What a waste of time.
If I could give this location a 0 stars I would. I had a truly distressing experience at this establishment. They took advantage of an elderly woman, exploiting her trust and hard-earned money without any hesitation. When she came seeking assistance, they were shockingly unhelpful and dismissive. I am not one to usually write reviews, but I felt like this one was needed for other peoples sake. Today I scheduled an appointment with geek squad to confirm that it was my macbook charger that was no longer working. I walked up to the counter where a younger gentleman helped me. He immediately asked me what the issue was and plugged my macbook into a universal charger. Had the squad do data transfer from 2 computers to 2 new computers. Seemless. Setting appointment was easy, staff knowledgeable and friendly. Very happy.
