I have never seen in 36 years shopping at Best Buy such a Geek Squad that's as horrible in both customer service and regulating appointments Even worse a older gentleman fell to the ground in front of staff because Best Buy put knee high containers with nothing Warning that they're there or any barrier in the allow customized to see it, all the employees at Best Buy. No one came to assist it was the customers back up to his feet. As much as I like Best I cannot find myself retuning to this location 🤬

Never have had a problem with them. They have always done everything right for me.
Honestly for how much hate they get they relatively aren't bad. i took my pc in a little before closing because i knew people like these complainers would show up at the same time and just had problems loading, eating games on minimum graphics, the whole shebang. i was talking to the guys there about it and yes they are understaffed, i think its like one guy there at this second for two weeks so obviously its not gonna be fast but they still gave me advice on what i could do to eliminate certain problems.
