Honestly for how much hate they get they relatively aren't bad. i took my pc in a little before closing because i knew people like these complainers would show up at the same time and just had problems loading, eating games on minimum graphics, the whole shebang. i was talking to the guys there about it and yes they are understaffed, i think its like one guy there at this second for two weeks so obviously its not gonna be fast but they still gave me advice on what i could do to eliminate certain problems. What a joke. They’re so far behind on the queue, it’s ridiculous. 11:20 appt and there were still half a dozen people waiting in front of me at 11:25. Why even make an appointment?? If you need to send an Apple product in for repairs, you probably don’t have much of a choice when it comes to getting it repaired, so be prepared to have to deal with these yahoos and their ridiculous wait times.
I have Apple care on my IPhone. I pay for it every month. I had the smallest crack on the back of my Phone and went here to get it repaired as Apple instructed. It should have been a $30 fix they said but they didn’t have the correct tool to do it. So they told me I needed to pay $100 for a whole new phone. Because THEY didn’t have the proper tool to fix it. This is absolutely insane and ridiculous to me. I will NOT be going back here.
This place used to be awesome. Not anymore. Terrible managers. Rude managers. The lady that spoke to me recently would be unemployed if she spoke a customer of mine like that. Amazon had better quality and better pricing. This Best Buy is not a place you want to shop.
After being shamed by someone at my long time cell phone provider, I went to Geek Squad for some basic support. Reese was kind, informative and understanding while helping with some simple iCloud and phone issues. I’m so grateful to find good people in the service industry and want to share positive feedback whenever I can. Thank you!
