The service was not good at all. I would NEVER go there again. This guy Hunter that works there told me that when I got there and gave him my phone it looked great not good but great. He and I looked at it and made sure the phone was good. It was a brand new iPhone 17 the mother board went out on it. So they had to put a new mother board in it. It was under warranty. Called geek squad with a paper jam they said sure bring buy they local Best Buy . Drove 45min, unloaded my cannon inkjet only to be replied to they only do warranty work
UPDATE: after all these years ran across my old broken phone and took it to another repair facility. Turns out the Best Buy techs didn’t install the battery properly and why the phone wasn’t working. I’ve boycotted Best Buy ever since and been telling everyone about my experience. Not taking care of the customers is just wrong especially for their own mess up. I talked to sombody with an Arabic accent on the phone about an issue I had with my Email being used and he was rude and hung up on me twice
I had an appointment made by Apple and because my phone is not available in the color at the store, I had to contact Apple and stayed at the store to make sure I wouldn’t have any other issues. Ethan continued to offer me assistance as I was chatting with the Apple Tech whenever I needed to ask a question to get a replacement phone for my warranty device that has had an overheating issue. He is very patient and knowledgeable and professional.
