Very poor craftsmanship by the repair technicians.
I recently purchased a new Lenovo laptop. Geek Squad technician Lee at the Independence, Missouri store carefully installed new items on my laptop. He was very kind and worked quickly. He was very professional and happy to help! A few days later, I took my new laptop and my old printer to the Geek Squad at the Lee's Summit, Missouri store to see if they could successfully connect my printer. I have had the same problems with Geek Squad. I bought a new TV and i called them to set it up with my computer. They told me that it will be $190.00. they also told me that they can not come out unless i pay them first in advance. What kind of business practice is that. Geek Squad you are going to have to do better than this if you want my business. I don't pay for services before thay are done
