Wish could give 0 stars. I work in IT. Customer contacted me yesterday after just getting brand new computer from geek squad. Complete windows db corruption to the point can't guest reset via software. We are having to blow everything away and do an iso blast of win 11. How I know it was geeksquad. The recovery point they left said geeksquad. I restored, checked, and saw corruption was there. Will be letting customer know to leave a review and to fight the service charge.

Currently on hold going on 40mins, still have yet to speak with a person. 46mins got to talk to someone who struggles with English and thinks 8pm is afternoon. Start in on the issue and phone call was ended before I could finish. No call back from them and hold 2nd time for 30mins thus far....Atrocious customer service
Cannot express how disappointed in them I am right now. My work computer went down Thursday night. I called them Friday and was very clear with them about my needs. The guy that answered told me multiple times that the board I needed was a normal stock item and the repair could be made that day or at worst within 24 hours. I made an appointment for 420 today. Walked in and handed a kid my computer, told him my story, and he told me they font do in store repairs and they just send it to their service center with a 2 to 3 week... read more
