I wish I could give this place less than one star. What a waste of time. They do not honor their appointment so setting an appointment is useless. You will receive different results based on who you encounter in the line. I give the customer service a -5. Oscar the so-called manager didn’t even take the time to review my case. Super friendly and helpful. Resolved my phone issue quickly and at no cost. I would highly recommend them before you drive all the way down to Palm Beach Gardens to the Apple Store.
Absolutely horrible experience. I brought my CyberPowerPC in to get it diagnosed because it was randomly crashing, I was told it would take two weeks to diagnose without an explanation on why it would take so long but I was going on vacation so figured it would be done when I got back. 6 days after I was told it would be done I go to get a refund and my PC back, suddenly when I asked for a refund it was done and I was told that my motherboard was faulty and I took their word for it but was a little annoyed that I couldn’t ge... read more

will never return to this dump ever again. worst customer service i have ever received in my entire life. wasted countless hours of my life dealing with these knuckle heads. I had a simple iphone repair scheduled through apple care. showed up on time on the day it was set for and they told me they would need to order the part. fine im okay with that. ordered the part and set up a day to return. they also made me pay for the repair before the part even got ordered. then i show up again on the day i scheduled and they say the ... read more
