First I went to the store off of 410 to purchase a printer that was advertised on sale. It took several minutes to get help. The salesman tried to convince me to buy a printer costing over $300. When I told him that I didn't have that kind if money for a printer, his attitude became negative and said they didn't have the printer I wanted. "We don't sell those here!" The staff here is beyond incompetent! I brought my laptop in 2 weeks ago because it wasn’t charging and there was a software issue. I was told that they would order me a new charger and that I’d receive it in 2 weeks. I came back 2 days later because I was still having the same problem and the techs kept telling me to buy a universal charger and just return it in 2 weeks and get a refund. I cant say enough about these guys....i clicked on something that made my computer start talking to me LOUDLY telling me to call Windows support...it wouldn't let me exit i knew better so I called Geek Squad for help...the man listened to the message & told me what to do in 2 easy steps....all better....like big protection bubblewrap around my computer. I'm 64 years old and not very tekky...he treated me like family...i appreciate the team.
