Made an appointment for a BSOD on my PC. Paid the $180 annual tech support membership. I was told 2-3 days. It's been a week, with no updates since the day after dropping it off, that just says "repair in progress." WARNING - YOU SHOULD NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THE GEEK SQUAD AT THE RIM (La Cantera) TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!! If I could give them a zero I would! I can’t believe how horrible this place is. Said they weren’t able to fix my phone screen after 9 hours and only made it worse.
Employee was very condescending when trying to call to ask about car audio installation. Would not answer my questions regarding wire installation ONLY and kept cutting me off to ask about the amplifier when again all I wanted was wire installation
