This place is a joke. Never bring you stuff here. Rude staff and rude managers that lie. They will break your stuff and offer zero service to fix it.

Poor customer service especially at the geek squad. They speak over you and interrupt and have zero skills in their repairs. The manager was not helpful and rude. The geek squad need new management because the manager eats too much soy. He is a boy.

Geek Squad did not honor my appointment. I set an appointment to get my apple computer looked at. When I arrived for my appointment, they rudely told me I did not schedule and appointment. When I showed them the confirmation email, they rolled their eyes at me and told me i still had to wait. I asked for the manager and they told me he was on a smoke break. Pretty insane how badly I was treated. I am an old man and wish Circuit City was still around.

Extremely frustrating working with the geek squad. Not to be trusted after what I experienced today. I would never bring anything here to fix nor buy anything from Best Buy. Terrible service , underwhelming staff and mangers, no compassion and lack of understanding customers needs, lack of detail , rude managers. Geek squad should be ashamed and depressed. The staff here including managers need a career change. Maybe try Wendy’s or be garbage men.
