I am a bit disappointed in Geek Squad. My grandmother, who is on hospice, called in for assistance. They helped her do a mobile order for a new laptop. They advised her when the appointment would be and everything would be at the desk when we got there. She spook to a gentleman named Diego. Upon arriving, nothing was ready. I went in today the 4th. One person behind counter and there were 2 people in front of me. I stood in line for 45 minutes before I left and went somewhere else. Those 2 people were still there in line and they had appointments which had expired way before I left
I took my fully working iPhone 14 up there for a screen replacement, they said that they would have to order the screen and to set an appointment to come back, fine. I go back and drop my phone off to come back to them telling me that they couldn’t fix my screen because of the charging port “that works perfectly fine” and because of something to do with the Face ID “which also works perfectly fine” when I got my phone back my screen would not turn back on and I’m having to go straight to apple for this mess up. If i could give zero stars i would. My boyfriend went in earlier this week to set up an appointment to get his screen fixed on his iphone. When he went in they told him they could fix it and would order a new screen. His appointment was today, We went in they got us set up and told us it would be approximately 2 hours, no big deal.
