Worst customer service I believe I've ever dealt with. You can't get an actual person on the phone at all. Even when they have your stuff they can't find it.
Right now I am not very happy with Gainesville, GA Best Buy Geek Squad! I had called and paid to have a member of the Greek Squad come and was told today's date! Today I called to see when they might be coming, only to be told I had to reschedule. Why wasn't I notified! Now they are not coming until 3 weeks from now! And to top it all off - I had the privilege of talking to a robot!
I am a bit disappointed in Geek Squad. My grandmother, who is on hospice, called in for assistance. They helped her do a mobile order for a new laptop. They advised her when the appointment would be and everything would be at the desk when we got there. She spook to a gentleman named Diego. Upon arriving, nothing was ready. The laptop was out of stock, and no appointment was set. We had brought the old desktop for the data transfer, which wasn't easy to carry along with my elderly grandpa. I went in today the 4th. One person behind counter and there were 2 people in front of me. I stood in line for 45 minutes before I left and went somewhere else. Those 2 people were still there in line and they had appointments which had expired way before I left
I took my fully working iPhone 14 up there for a screen replacement, they said that they would have to order the screen and to set an appointment to come back, fine. I go back and drop my phone off to come back to them telling me that they couldn’t fix my screen because of the charging port “that works perfectly fine” and because of something to do with the Face ID “which also works perfectly fine” when I got my phone back my screen would not turn back on and I’m having to go straight to apple for this mess up.
