First, a disclaimer: I communicated with the Geek Squad by phone, and I cannot be 100% positive that this review is for this location. I ordered a washer from Best Buy, with the delivery and installation by the Geek Squad. The washer arrived dented, and they told me that they will take it back and that I need to call to reschedule. I called, and I was told that I cannot reschedule until the damaged washer gets back to the warehouse. But why? This does not make any sense! Incompetent. My pc had a graphic card issue, after two days in the store they returned my pc with half my data erased
I've had two recent experiences with this Geek Squad location, and both have been disappointing. On both occasions I made an advance reservation for an iPhone battery replacement, and I'd seen the reservation confirmed in e-mails. On the first occasion Geek Squad called a few hours before the appointment and told they did not have battery for my phone.
