We just wanted to drop off laptop to be looked at. After calling them first and they saying bring it to them when we get here they say we need an appointment. We tried explaining to the lady but she acting like what we were told didn't mater only that we needed an appointment.
Angel was very knowledgeable and was very positive I came in with a issue with my iPad and he was able to help me navigate through the difficult process of getting our iPad replaced
