Paid $300 for data transfer and they failed. Tries to give me my comphter back in pieces. Poor cuatomer service. Lied about attempting to call, cell phone record calls. No maessages left.
Took my computer in on Feb.10th. because my computer was hacked through Facebook. Paid the yearly price. $279. Told me that they were having trouble with it (age) and suggested I buy a new one. I did, one for $279. Spent an hour getting it set up. Only to get home and I'm not able to get on it. Tried everything !!
This place is a joke! Made an appointment and drove 2 hours for a repair they said they could fix, just to have them tell me they don’t make repairs like that. The employees said their customer service team never knows what they’re talking about and shrugged their shoulders at me. So we went to You Break I Fix and they fixed it the same day!
Called last Sunday for a warranty issue to get our fridge looked at, hour long call, clearly outsourced overseas, after an hour I got a confirmation number and was told a tech would be calling me by Tuesday to come to the house, here we are a week later called again and nobody had a clue even with the confirmation number! Now another 30 minute call just to be given....wait....the freaking same confirmation number and then was told to schedule this on line. $4000 fridge, $400 warranty, no help at all from Best buy or the Geek... read more
