I read online that they can fix controllers even if I didn’t buy from Best Buy. I also called before I headed up there to make sure they could help me. Once I got up to the desk, I will say the guy did try to help, but said they couldn’t. I do say the the guy that helped me, thank you for telling a different place I could go.
Great experience with Geek Squad from the customer service call to the actual in person support. Robert at the Best Buy in Waxahachie was very quick to identify the issue with my laptop. Less than 5 minutes figured out the problem. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. 👍
Yeah, if you have an issue, don't even try this place. You must make an appointment online, and even when you show up for your appointment, no one is there!!! It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced
