They don’t honor appointments. We recently had an appointment with Apple care at this location, we showed up on time and checked in and still had to wait over an hr while they kept helping random people that walked up or that came in without an appointment. What’s the point of having an appointment schedule if you don’t follow it.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been in multiple times for the same set of air pods. They are not fixed. They blame Apple but they never checked them any of the times to see if they were actually fixed. They still are not and I should add I purchased them at Best Buy. Terrible, don’t waste your time.
I recently had the pleasure of working with a Geek Squad member at Best Buy, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly and professional attitude. The agent Will listened attentively to my tech issues, asked insightful questions, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was amazing and the bomb and I would recommend him to whoever walks in. I read online that they can fix controllers even if I didn’t buy from Best Buy. I also called before I headed up there to make sure they could help me. Once I got up to the desk, I will say the guy did try to help, but said they couldn’t. I do say the the guy that helped me, thank you for telling a different place I could go.
