Worse place ever!!! TOOK THEM 3 messed up deliveries to finally deliver my fridge! Then they finally deliver and wow I wouldn’t expect anything less the ice maker don’t work!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS JOKE PLACE!!
They didn't switch my data to my new phone before shipping away my old one and were very unprofessional and unhelpful. I'd recommend going somewhere else.
February 2025 GS came out to look at my ice maker that went south. Quickly diagnosed and ordered part(s) for replacement. My unit is still under warranty — but a $99 fee is charged for service call.
I appreciated them letting me know they weren’t the best spot to fix my iPhone, and that I should go through Apple Care for a phone replacement. I was very thankful for the transparency that led to my phone being replaced sooner.
