I call about a simple battery replacement for a common Samsung tablet that was purchased from here that just went out of warranty and just ask for an estimate price. I got transferred to 6 different people that sounds like they were in India, then finally when I do get the geek department which sounds like they are in India also, I get everything told to me including excuses when he cannot give me an estimate. Paid 600.00 dollars for laptop with geek squad also...told on Sat, they would be able to take program off my laptop Saturday afternoon..said call and pick it up in Springfield. Nobody called. I called Monday night, nobody wanted to help me...I called geek squad, got customer service center...said laptop wasn't done yet, didn't know why, they were a call center. Asked when it would be fixed, didn't know..called Brst buy back, told didnt know when it would be done..told them I needed to know..asked to speak with in house geek ... read more
After being rescheduled 3 times we had a young gentleman come to install our items. He was very intelligent and patient. He explained what he was doing and listened to my husband who had several questions. Our approach was on Tuesday, December 17th, unfortunately, his name has escaped us. The gentleman deserved a five star!!
I had some issues with my phone, and they are very helpful and dedicated to solving any issues you have with cell phones! Very friendly!
